Description
Learn how to leverage the Healthy Gluten-Free and Casein-Free diet to help your child thrive. In this course, you will learn:How to clean up your child's diet from harmful foods and additives. The rationale for trialling the gluten-free/casein-free diet. The potential benefits of the diet, including what the research has reported and parent-reported benefits. How gluten and casein-containing foods can harm children with conditions such as autism, ADHD, or other gastrointestinal issues. How to implement the diet WELL, to ensure you maximise your chances of success. The most common pitfalls and mistakes parents make when trying the diet, and how to avoid or minimise them.As you may know, the gluten-free/casein-free diet is a popular intervention used with children on the autism spectrum, with ADHD, and when there is some sort of gut dysfunction be it diagnosed or suspected.Truly the most important part of a child's health-building program is the diet. Many families have reported incredible benefits from switching their children over to the GFCF diet and we have a number of studies that also show benefits from going gluten-free and casein-free.These include not just improvements in gut function and physical health, but also in communication and use of language, reduction in hyperactivity, better social integration and interaction, reduced self-injurious behaviour, and better sleep, just to name a few. However, to maximise your chances of success with the diet, there is some important information you need to know. This is why I created this course - to share this information with you so that you will avoid common pitfalls and mistakes, and will get the best results for your child and hopefully minimise the stress on yourself.
