Couscous is a north african dish made from steambed balls from crushed wheat wich is traditionaly server with a side of stock stew. In this course i will be going through how to make and present the dish, hopefully by the end of this video you will be able to not just cook your own couscous, but also have a decent understanding on how big of a role spices play in making your dish tastier and also the importance of putting care in the process of making your food wich will make it even better.Couscous is a north african dish made from steambed balls from crushed wheat wich is traditionaly server with a side of stock stew.I've simplified this cours as much as one can do, to please every level of experience in cuisine and cooking in general, with text and explanation of every step in the video wich will help you understand all the important matters you need to comprehend to be able to cook your own couscous perfectly and flawlessly.Hope you now know everything you needed to know to be able to make your own couscous at home and enjoy it with friends and family you can find the recipe and tools used page at the end of the course to read it if you missed anything in the cours!
