Description

Note: This course will be useful for intermediate/advanced trainees too! Building the foundation right is the best way to build muscle and lose fat and progress in strength training.

Did you know 'Weight Training' is the safest sport around?

In one study, the overall injury rate per 100 participant hours was 0.8000 for rugby and 0.0035 and 0.0017 for resistance training and weightlifting, respectively.

Pierce and colleagues followed 70 competitive weightlifters between 7 and 16 years of age over a one-year period (1224 lifts were performed in competition) and reported no injuries that limited training or required medical attention.

You ONLY injure yourself because of two reasons:

1) You don't warm-up sufficiently before your workout.

2) Incorrect Exercise Techniques

I am amazed how still majority of people don't use proper form when working out.

They either lift super heavy weight and/or use momentum to do the work for them.

If you want to build muscle, you need to build the mind-muscle connection and the only way you do so is by concentrating on the muscle being worked. Idea is to control the weight through the entire range of motion.

-Most people are distracted and have their mind elsewhere while in the gym

-Most people use momentum to lift weights- all they are doing is 'Ego-Lifting' probably to impress girls

-Most people get their breathing wrong

-Most people use too much support (in some cases, the poor supporter seems to be doing most of the work)

There are certain check points when doing exercises and I cover all of them in this courseR30;.

Hey, I applaud you for reading this, as you don't want to be at the mercy of your trainers or the 'bros' to guide you.

Learning how to workout with proper form is the SINGLE most important thing you can do to ENSURE that you never injure yourself (although there are no guarantees in life) but still let me say thisR30;.

If you go through this ENTIRE course sincerely and practiced what you have learned, you will drastically lower your risk of injuring yourself.

Using proper form in a controlled manner will allow you to burn more calories therefore more fat loss.

You will also build a superior mind-muscle connection with great technique which over time will results in more muscle mass.

Who is the target audience?

Anyone who wants to learn good technique for almost all gym and bodyweight exercises
