Some recipes may require Taiwanese/Chinese spices which are not always available at supermarkets. It's time to visit the nearest Asian supermarket near you or you can always find things online.

Description

Sometimes, we get tired of the usual things that we serve on our dinner table. As home chefs, maybe sometimes diversity is all we need to enjoy cooking more. Not only we will learn new things but also you will include the whole family to explore new flavors.

That is the reason why I have travelled around East and South East Asia to explore new recipes which I would be proud to share to everyone. This course is one of the series of my Asian cooking courses which I am currently working on.

The focus of this course is to present some of the popular Taiwanese recipes which you can serve to the whole family. The recipes presented where learnt during my stay in Taipei city so not only you'll learn to cook Taiwanese food but also you'll learn about the place where the food has originated.

This course is a work in progress so new recipes will be added every now and then.

Who is the target audience?

The course is specially designed for students who are looking for Taiwanese food recipes which they can easily make at home.
Beginner home chefs are very much welcome to take the course.
