the game never starts. although there is internet connection it always says 'there is no internet. check your connection' and starts over and over :(

Razz: what OS are you running? do you have a dedicated video card?

Razz wish you no offense but every single one of your posts is about a game not working, is it possible that you are missing some updates or runtime apps?

Razz test it on windows 7, 10 & 11 without issues, please show a picture of the error

have you tried compatibility mode?

Razz, I'm really sorry that you think I'm a bit offensive even though I actually am not. I have been downloading your games from your site for more than 10 years and I really love them and you. I just write the problems I encounteer and ask for help as I am not very good at IT. but haven't thought that may be seem offensive. really really sorry for thatclairvoyant75, I am not very good at IT but I am using win 10. I have the SS of the problem but I cannot upload it

I have lots of experience troubleshooting like everything. I teach tech training to adults (mostly how to use their phones and how to reset their routers) when I have time free, that is most frustrating so this, is probably easy compared to that.
if you could show me a pic of your error, it would be most helpful,it is okay just trying to get an idea of what is going on, so you tried every setting for compatibility?
What happens if you register the exe for restart?
I was trying to piece together what issues you were having from other posts, sometimes I can figure it out that way.
