Get a handle on your values and what you're looking for in a partner. Delve into what you will and won't put up with in your communication style. Take a few tests to know where you stand in love languages and personality types. Fully explore your values in your relationships by going over your past relationships to give you clarity on what you want in the future. Just going through these exercises will add clarity to your dating goals, and let you move forward in your dating life with the tools to get what you want. So many of my students come to learn communication skills with a list of what they DON'T want in a partner, but very few of them come prepared with what they DO want. I believe that the foundation of interpersonal relationships comes from building solid self-awareness. When you truly know what you want and what you will put up with, you'll get thrown around less by the chaos of the dating scene. Get that self awareness in this workshop!
