Life can be challenging, especially during times of upheaval and change. Often we become too busy or distracted to stop and consider how we are managing the discomfort. This can result in numbing, unhelpful behaviors, or strong emotions that seem insurmountable. This course invites you to slow down, breathe, and begin to take a look at what is really going on below the surface. By embracing the Shadow parts of ourselves, we find much healing and awareness as they are exposed to the light of conscious choice. In this course you will learn how to recognize and refine various aspects of your character through working with Archetypes. Additionally, tools and practices are presented from a variety of healing modalities. You will be empowered to take charge of your own mental health and build habits which support you in adapting to change, increasing self-love, and deepening relationships with others.The Shadow is the deeply suppressed and repressed aspects of ourselves that we deem unlovable. Formed through our conditioning and ego, these aspects become locked away and unconscious to us until we are awakened from within. Honoring and healing your Shadow requires honesty, transparency, and vulnerability as you begin to love these parts of yourself once more.
