To overcome these di¢culties of uncertainties, many theories have been developed such as rough sets theory, probabil- ity theory, fuzzy sets theory, theory of vague sets, theory of soft ideals and the theory of intuition is tic fuzzy sets, theory of neutrosophic sets, Dezert-Smarandache Theory (DSmT), etc. Zadeh introduced the degree of membership/truth (t) in 1965 and de.ned the fuzzy set. At an assov introduced the degree of nonmembership/falsehood (f) in 1986 and de.ned the intuitionistic fuzzy set. Smarandache introduced the degree of inde- teacy/neutrality (i) as independent component in 1995 (published in 1998) and de.ned the neutrosophic set.
