I specialise in pan-Arab dishes but most of all, the rich tastes and flavours that come from the Levantine. I hope this course will be easy for you to follow so you can replicate and share some of my lovely recipes.Cooking vegan dishes is incredibly easy in the Arab world because the Levantine region especially is well known for it's varied options.
