This is a short course in Art Therapy. We look at Art Therapy itself and then go through some art therapy exercises.
That is just the warm up section.
Then comes a series of short lectures with each lecture centred round a particular exercise. You are asked to do the exercise and then to answer various reflective questions.
Ideally you'd share the exercise and the answers to the questions -0 but just the exercise itself will do! The key is to do the exercise and then discuss.
Process not so much the product.

So - a lot here but not taking up too much of your ! Of course, as the course evolves it may become a lot longer - one of my courses started at 3 hours and is now 87!
