You must often ask yourself why you make certain decisions even if they are not the ones you wanted to make. This doesn't just happen to you. Everyone goes through this questioning. However, some have trained their minds to think the right way and when it comes to making decisions the brain already knows what to do to not make the most banal mistakes. Our brain countless times plays tricks on us, deceives us, making us think that everything is fine, when in fact it is not.
This is because our conscious mind is permeated with information that, if it is not the most appropriate, will make our thought patterns not the best. And as thoughts lead to actions, which in turn generate results, in practice our brain ends up working against us. A paradox isn't it? Certainly, because the brain should be the perfect machine working for us, and instead it becomes the one that makes us falter and fall.
The exercise of thinking shows us that we must be more assertive, cultivating clear and good-natured thoughts.
