An uncle I barely knew left me a house in a tiny city. Fantastic news, right? I can sell it and probably buy myself a studio in a fishy area here in town. That's how crazy expensive things are.
But nothing comes easy for me.
Uncle Avery had one condition: to spend the two weeks until Christmas in town.
