Do you know the fairytale "The Scarlet Flower" (the prototype of the story Beauty and the Beast)

When I was a little girl it was my favourite cartoon. It was an old Soviet Union hand-drawn cartoon of 1952.
The idea of this class was my painting in the traditional Russian folk art style "Khokhlomá", which I called "Scarlet flower" and by classification of Khokhlomá painting it is a Tulip.
In the class we are going to paint the "Tulip" and the "Peony" flowers in Russian folk style step-by-step together. We will start from basis exercises, simple elements, through learning the rules of composition to the Final Project. Everyone will succeed! You can't fail.
