The Hunger Games movie series belongs to the science fiction genre and is based on a novel of the same name authored by Suzanne Collins. The first movie aired in the year 2012 and was a blockbuster. All the sequels were a great hit.

The story has Katniss Everdeen and Peeta as protagonists and President Snow as antagonists. It is important to mention that the series would be incomplete without the other characters such as Cinna, Haymitch Abernathy, Rue, Prim, etc. Annually, a pair of boys and girls are selected from every district in Panem City and they compete with one another. All-inclusive, it was a great movie with an excellent plot.
