In this course you will learn how to use graphics, type and shapes to create custom patterns in Photoshop Elements. These patterns can be used as backgrounds or in place of solid colors to add interest and variety to your art. You will also learn how to save your patterns so they will be available for use in future projects. I will walk you through the process to create at least seven patterns, showing you how you can use the techniques I use to create your own patterns. I will show you how to use fill layers and clip them to your pattern to change the color of your patters, and how to use transparency to change the background color of your patterns.
