This class will teach you how to get cinematic shots using low budget industry techniques.

You will learn how to choose an aspect ratio that fits your project, how to frame a subject depending on the actions and emotions that you wish to show, how to master the composition of your shots and how to use all of this together in order to plan and shoot a visually stunning scene.

For your project you will be tasked with shooting a short 1 minute scene, with any device of your choosing (a phone, a camcorder, a DSLR, etc.), in order to put your learnings into practice. You will be given a no-dialogue script that will maximize the impact of your visuals.

Prior cinematography knowledge is not required. If you are truly serious about improving your cinematography knowledge and mastering the basics of cinematography, then this is the class for you!
