What you learn is not quite the same as what you innately inherit. Men are more comfortable with their bodies, their genitals, and masturbation from a much earlier age than women. This is because men's sexual apparatus is positioned on the body where it can be easily located, even by a child of two.
Boys get tons of practice at sex (with themselves) and gain an advantage over women there. And most societies in history have been less disapproving of boys' sexual curiosity.
