Hospitality whizzes Alex Polizzi and Oliver Peyton rescue floundering eateries.

Season 1, Episode 01 - "Riobello"
Drawing upon her years of expertise in the field, Alex Polizzi, with her brother-in-law Oliver Peyton on hand, help save restaurant dreams that have descended into nightmares. They begin with Italian eatery Riobello in Bedford, which is finding it hard to stand out from the town's 40 other Italian concerns. Financial difficulties are driving a wedge between owners Giovani and Amanda, and convincing the couple to cut their enormous menu to the bone to win over the Italian community will be no mean feat.

Season 1, Episode 04 -
Oliver Peyton and Alex Politic help the owners of a gastropub in Devon, who are feeling the pressure as they compete with a growing number of chain restaurants. Faye and Yvan have been running The Oddfellows for over a decade, but their lacklustre approach to lunchtimes is hampering their chances of making a profit, so Alex and Oliver help them redesign the menu to attract the local office workers.
