You don't need experience animating frame by frame but a basic competence with either drawing or motion programs like after effects is a plus. I'll take you through the process step by step, from sketching to animating and finally compositing. By the end you'll have a beautiful looping animation that you made from scratch. With that base you'll have conquered your fears and will be able to learn other cel animation techniques. Before you know it you'll be a pro!
