if you have an issue with gamefixer:

Open the Avast user interface, and go to Settings → General. Scroll down to expand the Exclusions section.
Use the tabs to select what kind of item you want to exclude, and then enter or browse for the file path or address.
Click OK to save.

To create an exclusion rule:
Open the application settings window.
Select Protection on the left.
Click the Trusted Zone button in the Exclusions section.

if your AV program not found here google for : "Add exception [your av program name]"
Go to the Exclusion rules tab and click Add.
Select an exclusion type in the Properties field: Object and/or Threat type.

my friend coded gamefixer and we wish no harm to anyone. Your av is wrong.

@mon_ange1969 - you need to open the gamefixer.exe Type "HM2.exe" into the blank box next to the word Open. Give it a few seconds to fill in the key codes, then hit the Launch button. This is how you must start the game each time you play it.

Level 3 is in the Ward, not in the ER. If this is the level you are asking help for the new object on the tray is a syringe, you need to pickup the syringe and the red bottle, bring both to the patient asking for that and broke the bubbles very fast with your mouse.
I hope it was this your problem, otherwise if it is in the ER sorry I am not there yet.

@Sister - I guess I meant the third section. I think it's level 22 or 23. You grab a cotton ball and grab the disinfectant, but when you go to give it to the patient, nothing happens.

Vblarney, I am in ER now, level 22. Ok you must pick up 1st the cotton wool and then the disinfectant, but be careful sometimes the patients ask for 1 cotton wool and sometimes for 2 or 3 of them, so pay attention to the bubble of the patient, looks carefully at the picture and make your arrangement with the right number of cotton wools + disinfectant.......the trick is the # of cotton wools. Try and will work!

Here you can change the difficulty mode.

when I try to play the demo on MY XP I get an error that hm.exe is not a valid executable. but maybe it works on your pc?
