Fixed: CalendarView: Made change to see that AppointmentViewChanged event is raised when copy of an appointment is made (via ctril+click drag), where the copied appointment is set to the same /date as the original.

Fixed: CalendarView: Fixed an issue where AppointmentViewChanged.IsCopyDrag member is not properly set when copy/dragging an appointment across multiple Month View calendars.
