ACDSee Photo Editor 10 is a photo editing and retouching program designed for amateur photographers. ACDSee Photo Editor 10 solution allows you to easily remove the most common flaws in images, perform complex image processing, interact with various layers of objects in a photo, apply professional-quality effects and filters to frames.

ACDSee Photo Editor 10 can function independently or as a supplement to ACDSee Pro and ACDSee, flagship products for managing photo archives.
