To level 53 the game stuck just before finish the level and i cannot do anything, i cannot redeal, shop or go back to menu. I started the game again with another name and i had the same result no matter if is fullscreen or window mode. I tried with both names to play again this level 4-5 times and every time i had to terminate the game with control-alt-delete. This happened to someone else?

hi. i really want this game badly i have the others,but none of your links work for me. i did register with rapidgator but dont know what im doing and upcloud says i can only download 512 mb. game-owl does not have it yet. please help . i do not have a way to pay anything. thanks

I created a third name to start again from beggining (i am a little stubborn), i passed the level 53 and now i am to level 56 without any other problem.
First time this happen to me, weird but i never had such issues with any of these solitaire games. Was a game glitch to my pc perhaps or...it seems eventually the game didn't liked the two first names i created hahahaha

Razz: I am so happy that you did not give up!! There are so many differences to all of our unique computers, some give up to easily or refuse to try things that did not work a time or 4 ago!
I could not get a game to run on my windows 10 laptop and i tried again and again, and finally I tried something that worked. Windows 11 seems to run many xp games better than windows 10!Compatibility plus screen resolution are HUGE on these intensely animated games, screen res can crash most games in weird spots! I believe i7 chip or equivalent is best for this one.

Another solution i found and worked for me is: When the game stuck close it from task bar, open it again and to main menu change the game mode. For example if you had it to relaxed change it to normal or another mode, next press the "play" and then "continue" and you will see you can play the level you stuck so play it and when you finish it go back to main menu and change it to relaxed again if you want. That's it, continue to play the next levels without problem. If you will stuck again to another level follow the same steps. Is the third time i finish the whole game and stuck 4-5 times to different levels but every time i used this way and i had success.
I forgot to say i have windows 11 with screen resolution 1920x1200 and i had the compatibility to windows 8, so now i changed it to windows xp as "HOGFreak" did and will start to play it from beggining to see if this will fix the problem, if not i will do what i mentioned above. I love these Jewel match solitaire games!
